AI NewsFlare is a news wire for builders: the tools and agents shipping, the models and research behind them, the compute and chips powering it all, and the protocols, chains and markets of web3.
What we cover
We run two desks. The AI desk follows AI Tools and Agents (apps, assistants, coding tools and launches), AI Models and Research (frontier models, benchmarks, open weights and papers), and AI Infrastructure and Chips (GPUs, data centers, cloud and the compute buildout). The web3 desk covers DeFi and Web3 (protocols, DAOs and on-chain infrastructure), Ethereum and Altcoins (Ethereum, layer 2s and the major alts), and Bitcoin and Macro (Bitcoin, ETFs and the crypto economy).
Our test for a story is simple: is it real, and does it matter to the people building. We work to separate genuine signal from hype in both fields.
Who we are for
Engineers, founders, researchers and investors who need to know what shipped and why it matters, without wading through noise. We assume you know your field.
How we work
Every article names its sources and links to the original wherever one exists: the release, the model card, the repo, the filing, the on-chain record. Where we summarise, we link so you can check us. Where we are uncertain, we say so.
Our Editorial Policy sets out how we source and verify. Our AI Disclosure explains where AI is used to produce this publication, and where it is not.
Corrections
We publish corrections rather than quietly editing. If something here is wrong, tell us through the corrections page and we will fix it and say that we did.
