Bitcoin ETFs Post $102M Inflows As BTC Reclaims $85K
Spot Bitcoin exchange traded funds recorded $102 million in net inflows to start October, recovering from earlier outflows and supporting a climb in the underlying asset. According to AMBCrypto, the daily net inflow marked a reversal from a previous session deficit of $148 million.
Data shows that BlackRock’s IBIT attracted $195 million, Grayscale’s GBTC saw $14 million, and Morgan Stanley’s MSBT added $7 million. These inflows offset a combined $24 million in outflows across five other funds. The renewed accumulation helped turn exchange netflow negative at $67 million, indicating that investors were moving assets off platforms.
The shift in capital coincided with a price upswing that pushed Bitcoin to a weekly high of $86,912. Market analysts note that holding the $85,000 level is critical for sustaining bullish momentum toward $88,000 and $90,000. Conversely, failure to maintain support above $85,000 could lead to a retest of the $82,000 price region.
